increasing font size

Is there a way to increase the font size a skin uses for menu items and icons on the desktop. I run WindowBlinds on a laptop with 1900x1200 pixels, and regardless of which skin I use, the icon titles on the desktop and menus are really small. This does not happen with Windows classic and XP skins.

Are you using 96 dpi or a higher dpi setting?

Yes, I believe it is set for 120dpi - where in Windows can I check this ?

I have now checked in display properties and the screen resolution is set to 120dpi. Does anybody know if WindowBlinds takes this into consideration - it does not seem to be the case as the fonts on desktop icons are really small.

Try going in to properties, appearance and set your fonts to large or extra large. If that doesn't help, go to advanced appearance and try increasing the font size there. This is tedious so another option is to increase the font size in WB.
