Upload to xpthemes.com?

Hi, I'm new to the site and just had a few questions.

First... Can I upload to xpthemes.com and share my work? if so how?
Second... if not, am I allowed to post links and screens in the forum here instead?

I believe that Xp themes is a sister site of Wincustomize. Anything posted here goes there as well, but only things that maintain a rating of 4 stars and above get posted on XP themes. In other words, you can't directly upload to XP themes, it needs to be uploaded here.

You can post anything but Spam and insults on the forums.
