Background & Icon overlap help.

Whenever I use ObjectDock certain icons get overlapped by the background like this:
Sometimes the icons just disappear there and there's an open space where it's supposed to be, and sometimes the background just overlaps half the icon.
Any help on what I can do to fix this?
