Tokens Not Showing Up

I received a TGN subscription as a gift. I followed the
link and downloaded Stardock Central, registered the subscription,
etc...
My problem is that it doesn't show my tokens. Even when I
click "buy game", and it takes me to the TGN website. It says
that I'm logged in, but that I have 0 tokens available. I have not
bought any games yet so I should still have 10.
Please advise as to what I am doing wrong. I also am an Object Desktop
owner, and a Wincustomize subscriber.

Thank you for your reply. I checked Stardock Central
and also on the website, still no tokens showing.
So I sent an e-mail to the link that you provided.
Hopefully they can fix the problem. Thanks again

Shadowsmith - Try now.

highempty - There's no TGN membership listed under your account. If you purchased under a different email address, that could be the cause. Support will be able to fix you up, however.

Thank you very much, the problem is now corrected.
I also finally got a response from support, they
said they were forwarding it to sales.
Thank god for the forums, or I would still be waiting
for this problem to be fixed.

I purchased a totalgaming.net account this evening and registered the Serial # within Stardock. It seems I have the same problem as the original poster: No tokens.

Any chance of a quick fix for me?   This is my first time using tokens instead of buying a game outright, and already I am a bit put off by the process.

Everyone who had this problem should now be fixed.   There was an issue where the database was providing memberships without tokens.

Hi, I have the same problem, I bought the tokens and they aren't showing up. I did buy under a different e-mail because I used paypal.
I then tried changing my registered e-mail to the same I used to buy but it didn't work...
Would appreciate the help.

Hate to say it, but my tokens aren't showing up either. I ended up purchasing the tokens using a different email account than my Stardock.net logon. I've changed my logon address to the one I used (reverified using the emailed link, and now I'm logged on with the new email address), but my tokens still won't show up after registering them. *update* I contacted Sales directly via phone, and it turns out that my totalgaming.net acount and my retail account (same e-mail address for both) were "disconnected". I had them merge the two accounts, and my tokens are now displayed.

Yep. It still seems a little strange that the retail logon is completely separate from the stardock.net logon. Why isn't there a way to associate the retail logon with your stardock account?

I'm sorry to bring this topic up, but I rather not start a new one, I have the exact same problem. My mother used her email address to buy tokens for me (so I can get Sins of a Solar Empire), but when I entered the serial number, using my mother's email, it said it was accepted, yet I do not have any tokens. I have a ticket with support going on right now, but I have not gotten anywhere yet. I found this when searching and wondering if you could help.

You should be all set now on the tokens. You'll still need to use your mother's account info for Sins stuff, however.

I, too, recently purchased some tokens but they aren't showing up in my account. I did buy them before making the account thinking I could just enter a serial number in, but that doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

My token are not showing up either. I'm not sure if I was log in when I bought them. Please help
When I enter in hte serial numbers instead of showing "Tokens:10" it shows " subscription expires: 04 Feb 2010" with no tokens.

Smokeypancake - I'm not seeing anything in your account (i.e., a purchase).  Please email sales@stardock.com with your order number and they'll get you sorted out pretty quickly.

Edit I think part of the problem is that I might have two acounts back when stardock started?
