Tokens Not Showing Up

I received a TGN subscription as a gift. I followed the
link and downloaded Stardock Central, registered the subscription,
etc...
My problem is that it doesn't show my tokens. Even when I
click "buy game", and it takes me to the TGN website. It says
that I'm logged in, but that I have 0 tokens available. I have not
bought any games yet so I should still have 10.
Please advise as to what I am doing wrong. I also am an Object Desktop
owner, and a Wincustomize subscriber.

rpanic - That may be the reason. Please email either support@stardock.com or sales@stardock.com and they'll sort you out.

Everyone who had this problem should now be fixed.   There was an issue where the database was providing memberships without tokens.


There still seems to be an issue when a membership is bought using a different email address from the one the account was originally opened with. The Register dialogue in SD Central allows a different email address for each production registration, including memberships, but if that doesn't match the account address no tokens show up.

Changing the account's email address using the website's account management page successfully transfers all the registered serial codes to the new email... and the TG.net membership serial code then shows up in the list you can see on the website or have sent to you by email. However, the tokens still do not appear, even though the membership is visible.

Changing the account's email address a second time causes the TG.net membership to disappear from the list again. The membership is clearly being tightly bound to the original sale address (whereas it ought to behave like other registration codes and attach to the account and whatever email address the account is using).

Yes, the only way to resolve this is to ask support to merge your accounts.

Hello, I purchased tokens last night, but nothing appears on my account. I e-mailed support, but have no response yet. I just e-mailed sales, hopefully something would get resolved.

Sorry for the impatience, but I just want to play Sins of a Solar System!

I'm not seeing anything under your account. My guess is that the purchase went under another account of yours. Sales should be able to fix you up soon.

I am experiencing this issue as well, I see the tokens on stardock central but when I go to use them it shows 0 tokens, any help would be appreciated.

Hmm...if you go to the TotalGaming.net website directly and try to purchase through it, does it show you as having tokens?

I've got a similar problem. I bought some extra tokens at the weekend from the TotalGaming.net website using PayPal but they never appeared in my Stardock account. When I checked the receipt e-mail carefully, they'd been associated with the e-mail address I use for PayPal which is different from my Stardock one. This worked fine when I bought the first set of tokens, and I used PayPal then too.

Waiting for support to get back to me (it's been 2 days, prod, prod :D )

Edit - e-mail to sales@stardock.com seems to have sorted it out

 X-( Hi, I just purchased tokens today, can anybody tell me what tab I have to choose in the registration window when I fill in the tokens serial #, I tried everything I can think off and still no tokens.
