Stardock says I need DirectX to dl'd....

Still waiting to hear from the SD people about this, but I have been trying to reinstall my copies of GCII and DA, but when I click on the install button I get a message saying that I need at least the 0903 version of Directx 9.0c....I recently installed the August version of Directx, so I know I have the required version. I also ran DA not long ago. I had 1.50x installed, and uninstalled it thinking it would help me to get the newest version (I was having the same problem just trying to update the game). I had no problem running DA, so why would the SDC tell me I don't have the right Directx?

I'm not getting anything back from SD, and I haven't been able to find anyone else who has had this problem.

If you contacted support@stardock.com, did you at least get an automated response issuing you a ticket number?

Yes, I did at least get that.

I'm at a total loss as to what to do. I really don't want to have to reinstall my OS considering I have zero problems with other applications.

Hello,

I am with Stardock support, can you tell me the ticket number of this Support Ticket?
Please go to Start->Run and type dxdiag. Once everything loads, copy & paste the output file in here.
