Mismatch of the picto

When strating a new game, in a galaxy setup window there is a "technology rate" picto mismatch. "Very slow" and "slow" pictograms must be changed placed. The picto of the reserch bilding of "very slow" is actually has a higher grade than a picto of "slow".

Why the planet limit of the single star is 5? There should be more. For instance around the Sun must be 9 (or even 10 according to the last scientific method) planets: Venus, Mars, Earth, etc. - up to 9 (10). Let it be a limit of 10 planets. No?
