Multiplicity will no longer work

I downloaded multiplicity and it worked find for a few days, then it crashed and my mouse dissapeared. Then when i went to use it again my primary computer says that the secondry one was disconected and it wont connect.

Could someone help me please

Are you using any third party security software? I would highly suggest starting a ticket at support@stardock.com for fastest results.

Im using McAfee but that was running when i was first using it.

I am having the same problem! I switch to the second computer and then I find the mouse, all of the sudden back at the first computer in the top right corner! This is very frustrating as I rely upon this software and have used this for the past few years without any issues.
PLEASE FIX THIS THINKDESK!!!
