A transparent blind... Anywhere?!

Well hello everyone! I have been a longtime WindowBlinds user and I have used this site to get my blinds for as long as I can remember. Although, I just recently signed up here. But I can't seem to find a really good transparent blind! I've rigorously searched the website and have gone through many blinds but none seem to quite suite me. If anyone of you guys know of a good transparent blind please let me know! And I'm not requesting that you make me a blind but, I only have a few preferences:
*Fully transparent taskbar (the one with start in it)
*The more transparent the better (on everything)
*I would rather not see anything thats OS-inspired, like some of the Mac transparent blinds (the closer to windows the better)
*You don't have to be dead on but gosh, anything helps me in my quest!
I thank you guys for reading and I will be sure to personally thank anyone that contributes! This is a very good example! I just hate the fact that it's Mac...
Also one last thing, how do you make the taskbar (one with "Start" in it) move to the top of your screen? I see it a lot in some previews for blinds... And I would love to try it!
