Moving to a new computer

I recently purchased a new computer and obviously want to install GalCivII on the new computer. I bought the game via download. Do I just need to fire up the Stardock software and download it again?

Thanks. I wish all the other digital download games were like this. That's been the biggest problem changing rigs.
