Technically, the titles Lord and Darth aren't used at the same time. Its Darth Vader or Lord Vader most of the time.

See, I thought he drank a good stiff bourbon, maybe a martini now and again.

Now in the MechWarrior universe (Clan: Timber Wolf = Innersphere: Mad Cat) we have tea in a canteen and keep our fine china back at base.(Can't afford to buy any replacements since a good mech costs around 5 Million bucks)
