How to reinstall Object desktop after computer crash.

My computer hasn't crashed yet, but it has become unstable (we've all been there) I was wondering what I need to do to to make sure that I can reinstall object desktop and object bar plus once I reformat the harddrive.

use Stardock Central to create archives of the programs

it stores them in C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\BACKUP

copy them (or the whole folder to a disk)

once formatted, install SDC and use SDC to restore the backups
