Cursor problems...frozen..but still active

Ok so ever since I used and after I uninstalled windows blinds I have had a reoccurring problem that involves my cursor. My cursor will randomly freeze or get stuck on any given place on the screen but I can still use it.

The cursor is frozen but I can guess what I am clicking on. Consequently it just happened right before I typed this. So it took me about 10 minutes to get into the site and register because I couldn't see what I was doing.

Any suggestions?

Could it be virus/malware etc? I don't think so, I have ran AVG Norton and SB S&D.

Maybe its graphics drivers IDK but my Nvidia drivers have worked a-ok since the beginning.

Thanks for any suggestions that may be given.

are u using CursorXP? which theme?

if not, try to download CCleaner or Registry Mechanic...
