Copy and Paste from Primary to Secondary

So I can copy and paste files, pictures, and whatnot from my secondary PC to the Primary, but not visa versa.

The Primary is running XP Media Center edition,
and the Secondary is running XP Proffesional

Can you verify that the file dates for the MP files are exactly the same?
