I am downloading WindowBlinds skins. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to start at a certain page (example: I want to go straight to page 6)? Can I go to a certain page, or do I have to click the Next Page button 5 times?

down at the bottom right, pull down the go to page button, type in 6, click go

Where is that at? o_O

If you go to the next page, it adds &p=2 to the end of the url, you can change the page number there.

I was at work and WC is employer blocked (damn the electric fence) so I took a shot the gallery would be set the same as jumping to a page in the forum.

Not yet, but it's been suggested and hopefully it'll get added.
