minor problem with negotiations menu

when you press Esc to exit the negotiation menu with an AI, their race specific music continues to play instead of switching back to the normal soundtrack.

Also when you hit "Declare War", you don't get an "Are you sure you want to do this?" dialog. I had to reload.

hmm i clicked Declare War on accident before and i freaked out when i saw their reply. then i realized that you still have to click Send to actually declare war, unless there's a bug you're having.
