Same here.

I rebuilt my system and needed to load my software back on. Tried to download SDCentral so I could re-download my copy of Dark Avatar I bought last week. no dice.

I have the same problem, brought Dark Avatar today and i cant download SDCentral.

I'm also having the same problem. I'm 6 timezones away from home, now in the UK, so I'm hoping it's a Stardock problem. Downloading games via the net is a wonderful thing while travelling unless the server with the client you need is down.
