Large icons on Vista desktop?

I have IconPackager installed on Vista Business and generally it works OK, but I can't figure out how to display icons larger than 48x48 on the desktop. I believe it can be done (I've seen screenshots), but I must be missing something. The icon packs I'm using can display up to 128x128. Any help appreciated!

After some experimentation I conclude that resizing desktop icons in Vista works with some icon packages and not others, though I can't say why. Treetog mentions adding Vista support to his "Artwork" icon package, so apparently packages need tweaking in some cases.

In Vista, Icons must be 256 x 256 in order for the proper scalability. Yes, you can stop them at 128 x 128 but they must first be 256 x 256 icons. For some reason Vista skips over 128 and jumps from 48 x 48 to 256 x 256. That is why some icon packages wont scale due to their max being at 128 x 128.
