Hi,
In DL when I click on the Foreign Relations Report, it will say that about half the time. If I click it again it goes away, click again it comes back. I noticed this for both the Arceans and the Drengins. There may be other things that seem to disappear, but this is the one I noticed right away and can see it very consistently after a click or two.
