Make all planets habitable?

With the new techs for different types of planets is there a way I can get rid of all the class 0 planets in my next game and at least make them class 2 or something?

Only through the use of cheat codes or by creating a custom map. Otherwise, Class 0 planets will always be part of the game.

What about creating a new game and then editing the save game file to change the planets to what I want?

Ctrl+Shift+P appears to randomize the class of planets and not just set them to 10, but it doesn't change there textures or types...

If you could figure out how to do that I suppose it would be possible. But it'd be a lot easier to just manually make a map using one of the user-made editors (or even by hand) that has no class-0 planets on it to begin with.
