I purchased the gold edition, I was emailed only one code. I used the code to download GC2 and DA. Now when I go to activate DA I put my code in and it says invalid product. I am certain that I am useing the correct code. I have emailed the sales depot and just tried to call them. The message said that they are closed.

Anyone have any idea on what I can do to get this to work ?

For clarification the code worked fine to activate regular galactic civ2 just not the DA xp.

Thanks for checking out mine specificaly, Unfortunatly I have no way to verify this untill late sunday. I had to leave late yesterday for a weekend event. I thank you for the help anyway and am realy looking forward to playing tommarow night when I get home.

I bought Galciv 2 limited edition from a shop in England which only came with a GC2 cd key I requested a new Serial and when i type it in it says I am using a stand alone Serial number to activate a product please contact stardock any help would be great

I would advise doing as it says--contact support@stardock.com.
