Standard Buttons in IE7 not changing

from Stardock Forums
Latest version of IE7 and WB, and never have I seen the buttons change from their default. The only other thing not working is the TAB color matching the rest of the theme, but I'm not concerned about that. Why aren't the button images changing to match the themes i'm trying it out with. i even go into the WB tool and makd sure it's set correctly but it never changes. What could be the problem?

If you have any suggestions I will try them when I get home.

Oh, and btw, the buttons show up just fine standard buttons show up just fine every where else (except for the Go button on the Address Bar in the taskbar (another topic) I would think this GO button issue is not related.

If it is a skin you are making you need to enable the menu bar buttons in Skinstudio under
Controls/ Menus/ bar items/(in properties) enable menubar buttons.

If it is someone elses skin I need to know which one to see if there is another problem.

BTW... Tabs are not skinnable right now so we are all stuck with baby blue.

Night Train: They are skinnable under Vista, but not under XP (and are likely to remain that way)

Statik72: What buttons are you having problems with?  Could you provide a screenshot?

Yeah I saw enough posts about the tabs, as I said, not worried about them
It's not a skin I am making, it's with ALL skins I have tried, Cyclops was the one I used before I just switched to StealthOS yesterday.

IE7 has its own skinning engine and like with the tabs, it refuses to let outside programs skin the toolbar icons (on XP at least).

Keep in mind there's a difference between windows explorer and internet explorer.

I was under the impression that Internet Explorer was also going to change. I don't see any comments anywhere that say it won't so..... Sorry about tthe confusion.
