reboot required

can't start or activate windowblinds 5

i just got a new dell laptop with windows vista and windowblinds will not start. all i keep getting is a box that says i have to reboot. i also get an activation error.

You need to have WB 5.49 or later installed. WB 5.0, 5.01 and 5.1 will not run on Vista.
