Tooltips in Options and Game Setup

When I first installed the original version of the game, I seem to remember tooltips being present in the Options menu and the Game Setup screens. Now that I've built a new system, installed the game, and updated to 1.4x, I don't see those tooltips anymore. Is my recollection incorrect, or were these tooltips removed?

They should still be there AFAIK. You're right though, they seem to be not showing up there. Moving this thread to bug reports.
