xp theme wont load

I had window blinds and the registration thing would come up every day, and it started getting frozen on the screen so i decided to unload windowblinds and uninstal but this kept happening, so i went into the program files and deleted the files in the windowblinds folder but now it will not load the xp theme and when ever i start up the computer it loads the windows classic theme
