Object Dock 1.5 beta

I just updated to ObjectDock 1.5 Beta on my Vista 5744 partition.

First off: Oh my god! That's a long changelog! Well done!

Second: Good to see the ghost window in Vista is gone.

Third: My tabbed dock do not activate when I slam my cursor to it position and it's hidden by another program. Not even hotspots seem to work...

thomassen: Hrm, I'm not seeing that...in regards to tabbed docks not activating when not always on top and when the cursor goes near the edge of the screen where they are.  You might want to ensure mouse activation is enabled, and try playing with the slider incase some errored value got into there somehow. That option is in the "Positioning" area of the tabbed dock's configuration dialog.

Thanks for the kudos! Even more updates coming that we're ready to turn on in the beta; we'll be putting up a beta with these other things activated in the next day or so I'm thinking.

Right. I was playing around with a new normal dock so see if that had the same issue. Which it appered to do. it would not appear when I moved the cursot to the hotspot.

I then removed it. And now... I'm not sure what happened, if it was something else I was messing about with. But it all works fine. o_O

Could very well just be me having a couple of blown fuses. I'll report back if I find any other issues.

Again, thank you very much for this update. It's one of my favorite and most used application besides KeepSafe. And now that both works on Vista I'm a happy hippo again!

Right....! I'm throughly confused now! After I posted this I when to play with the dock again. I had changed nothing and the dock do not appear when I move the cursor to where it should activate. o_O

Also: I can not drag files into the dock to make shortcut out of them.

And the folder icon is fuzzy when zoomed in a normal dock. It seem to use a small res version of the file. 32x32 or something.

Any known reason why the recycle bin freezes now for about a minute when emptying it? Actually...its seems as though shutting other things down as well freezes it...but only momentarily...which it never did before. And even now after removing the 1.5 version and going back to 1.3 it still seems to be effecting it somehow. I haven't installed anything else for quite some time now...so its not that.

I've noticed the recycle bin "freeze" as well. Also, it seems that the more is being deleted, the longer OD freezes.

This happens whether I'm using the windows recycle bin or the one I've got installed on OD.
