How Do I change the font colors and background colors in an existing windowblind for personal use

I'm sure someone has answered this one before and I couldn't find it. I would like to change the background colors and font colors on some windowblinds for personal use. Thank you. Michael Lyman

What backgroynd colors, what font colors? For fonts there are many settings for them, just about every part menus, taskbar buttons start menu etc all have font settings.
These can all be changed to your liking by opening the skin in SkinStudio and find the fonts, backgrounds you want to change and select colors you want,
Background colors; some depending on what background it is or how skin was made may just be a color setting, others as in say menu background may be an image that you may need to edit.
