Skinning command window

I know in Windowblinds 4.x you could skin the cmd window. I can't find this option in WB5 - is this available? How can I skin the command window. While I'm asking, I'd also like to have the command window semi-transparent via WindowsFX but I can't seem to get it to work by specifying cmd.exe.

At this point, the Command window isn't skinned with WB 5.1. There has been several threads on this issue already here. It's not a big deal for most of us.
