To Change or not to change

Should the site be changed to a lighter couler?

I don't know about you but its getting on in the year and the days
are geting shorter, the yearly darkness makes me depressed so can
the site be a bit lighter, just for a fue months

I like the idea. A nice pastel blue background might be a bit cheerier. Or even better, make the background the same as the nebula background from the game. This would add a little brightness to the background and would certainly fit in with the game.

[edit] I guess the nebula background would have to be limited to the left and right border area, it would certainly be distracting for it to run right through the text area as well. [/edit]

While we're at it could the default font size be made just a touch larger (not a lot).

You can log on via forums.stardock.com and see it in a different light. I have to access GC2 forums this way because while at work because my company blocks galciv2.com - it's a gaming site.

(The background there is light blue, too... )
