Multi-Column Menu

Does anyone know if there is a skin, or widget or whatever that I can use to get a multi-column menu like the one in the picture below? I want to be able to hit the Windows key (I know how to get that to happen) and the menu popup. Then use my keyboard to navigate the multi-columns. I would like to be able to simply assign each column to display the contents of different folders. I would be using this mainly to group the software I use most.
I've looked through the Stardock forums a bit, and I have also look through the Wincustomize website but I have not found anything that does something like this. The only think close is to setup a bar on ObjectBar that contains folder links. But they are vertical and do not show the contents of the folder until I move to that folder item. I want to be able to see the contents of all the folder assigned to that bar item. I hope that the picture below explains it better.
Now the style does not have to look like the Windows style, I am just looking for a multi-column ability like you see in the picture.
