need help, weird movements on internet

hi i'm new to the forum, i was just wondering if anyone could help me. when i install certain skins using window blinds i have a problem. when i go onto my internet web pages, the screen will literally be bouncing. it only happens with certain skins like the one im using now which is the aero style which is what i wanna keep but how do i get rid of the bouncing on my web pages?
