I think Kryo is the forum moderator, and yes he does work for Stardock.

Frogboy is the man, Brad Wardell, who is leader, the main designer and AI programmer for GC2

Cari Elf is the main bug killer and more.

If a poster has the Stardock emblem by their name they are a Stardock employee I believe.

They are reasonably active on the forums here and elsewhere.

Last known description of Kryo: -

Kryo is believed to have been brought into existence some point in the last century. Little is known about his early years as the Yor are always so secretive about one of their own.
Kryo first surfaced with the release of the epic game 'Galactic Civilizations' and fast became known as a modder to be held in high esteem.
Now with the advent of 'Galactic Civilizations 2' the machine known as Kryo has taken employment with the company called Stardock and polices their forums on the look out for potential converts and other 'Scum of the Universe' types.
Should you happen to cross Kryo you should immediately put your head between your knees and start singing at the top of your voice the song called 'Row, row, row your boat' as this sends him running for a service.

Kryo is a horrible mean person who stole my gold medal that doesn't even work yet, and eats peoples souls with bansticks.

But I'll get it back. Muahahaha.

You'll see me around from time to time too, I'm Mike and I do a lot of community work for Stardock, in addition to misc network stuff.  You'll see my name in the GC2 credits at the end under the beta testers list.  I float around the forums a lot.  You'll likely start seeing me in the gaming forums a lot more in the coming weeks.

K.R.Y.O - Killing Robot of Yor Origin

Since when was Kryo a member of the Yor collective?   As far as I know he's always been a Jedi... There was an into story on the old GC1 empire site, but seeing as its gone now I can't link to it.

Kyro, Frogboy, Draginol, Cari_Elf, BoogieBac, CodeCritter, Yarlen and Zoomba are most likely carefully constructed AI scripts, of course they will deny this, AI believe that they are real… they are probably the creation of a mad genius known only as Brad who is most likely working on uber classified homeland security projects and in his spare time programming hyper realistic personalities of random people he sees at Starbucks...
