Dragging the Dockbar - how to?

I'm currently using two Object Docks, one for programs and one for games. What I want to do is have both bars at the bottom of my screen, the game bar being above the programs bar. However, when I set the games bar to "Bottom" alignment, it gets put in behind or in front of the programs bar, and everything is a mess.

I tried dragging, and I ensured that "Lock Dragging" was NOT checked, but I can't drag the right-side bar to the bottom and above the programs bar. Basically, I want the bar you see on the right just above the bar on the bottom. Take a look:

How do I drag this? It's probably a really simple answer, and something I'm just overlooking.

I'm assuming your talking about side docks (zoomers). You can put it down there by opening the configuration for that dock...but you might have a hard time getting one or the other to open right since they will now both open on mouseover...unless you have one set to hide and the other not...still not sure if that will work though. You might want to consider using tabbed docks.

Alright, well, what I did was I left the bottom dock a zoomer, and created a tabbed dock that'll hold the games icons, and placed that on top by dragging. So, it looks as if two docks are stacked on the bottom, and they don't interfere with each other.

I was going to help (I can actually solve this problem), but then saw the wallpaper and realized...I'm stupid.
