Is there going to be permanent wormholes in Dark Avtar? cause to tell ya the truth they're just kidda usless now...a permanent wormhole could be a very strategic resouce.

No, though some ideas have been discussed for 'fast travel' potentially being in GC3. No large strategic changes will be made for GC2 though, since it would require major AI work to have the computers properly take advantage of them as well.
