How to Open IE in sererate windows?

I recently installed ObjectDock and really love it, but there is one thing that I cannot figure out how to fix. I have several IE shortcuts on the dock, but rather than opening in seperate windows (like I want them to) they each open in the same window. How do I set the shortcuts so that they each open in their own separate window rather than all sharing the same window?

Thanks,
Chris

Open ObjectDock Properties (right-click on dock > dock settings) > then select the General tab > then select advanced options > UnCheck the option stating "When shortcut is run, if program is already running bring it to the foreground only". That should solve your problem. This is for ObjectDock Plus, not sure if it's the same process for the free version of ObjectDock.

It took me a little while to figure this one out as well. There's 2 ways, bare with me, it might get confusing...

Long way, but I like it more (It's how I have mine setup): The Internet Explorer file located on your desktop (or start menu depending on XP setup), take that and create a shortcut to it. Move that shortcut somewhere where you don't have to see it (you can't delete or move the shortcut otherwise it won't work, and you won't want to have to look at a shortcut on your desktop to IE all the time). Once you have it moved, drag it to your ObjectDock so it creates a shortcut to a shortcut. You'll want to change the IE icon in ObjectDock so it won't have that shortcut arrow in the corner. But that's how it's done. Since it's a shortcut to a shortcut, ObjectDock doesn't know that IE is running, therefor you can click it again and it opens a new window.

Short Way: Just double click the ObjectDock IE icon to open a new IE window.

***EDIT***:
KiloKrash's way will work as well. Mine just makes it so you don't have to lose the ability to click an icon and if it's already running, it brings it to the front.

Not at home, but the last time I tried it (I use the free version) it worked.

Unfortunately I already have that option unchecked and it still opens all IE links in the same window   I'll try that other option (shortcut to a shortcut) and see if that works.

Thanks

I tried this, but how do you set it to go to a specific site? All mine does is bring up a blank IE window. I tried changing the link to the web address, but then it just changes it back to a regular shortcut and opens in the window that's already open. I created a link to just the regular IE program and if I click that, it will open up a separate window each time... but that's not what I'm looking for. I'm talking about links to specific websites that I want to open in their own windows, not just a blank IE window (maybe I wasn't clear in my original inquery)? Does that make sense now? I can get separate IE windows if I just click the IE icon, but all shortcuts open in the same IE window and I want those to open in their own windows.
