I can't uninstall Windows Blind

When I try to remove it, it shows up a message "Cannot open INSTALL.LOG". I can't remove Windows Blind.

Try downloading and running this utility: WWW Link

Once downloaded, make sure to unload WindowBlinds and WebBlinds if listed under the 'Unload' tab, and then use the 'Uninstall' to select and uninstall WindowBlinds.
