Problem, Please Help!!!

I downloaded the Mac OSX theme for my HP laptop, and the start menu(and bar) works as I place it at the top just like the Mac computers, but the bar with the icon's (I believe it's called the dock?) doesn't show up, and that's what I really wanted, so please help!!!
