Whenever 1.3 is released and I have some time to sit down and edit the GC2Conversations.xml file, not to mention bug squashing (for all I know the bugs I'm experiencing could be my computer for some reason).

Good question. I guess it didn't cross my mind at first. I can tell you that I downloaded Coruscant and put it in the game and used it in a custom race for a week.

So far i have taken the Cybertron mod and altered the lighting etc to produce a further 4 planets to use in my mod. Once Master U manages to complete Unicron for me i should be ready to go with the beta... i hope
Most of the other planet images are already in the game so did not need altering that much.

Future Guy... Some advise please

How did you go about altering the race colors in the files? SO far i have the Autobots as blue and they and others need altering. What do i need to change to get the right colors and how does it work??

You need to edit the following in the RaceConfig.xml file.

I modified the colors in the game to get the numbers and wrote them down from top to bottom.

I only changed Race, Sector, Base (Hull), Trim, Engine, and Interface colors.

Q. How did you decide on the hex codes to use? was it just trial and error or did you work from a design..?

I used what has been shown in the TV shows and the movie from '86 as a starting point. After that it was trial and end to come up with a scheme that looked nice and in some cases I used my imagination to come up with a color scheme.

Yeah, that's all it is. It must've taken me a half-hour to do it. I'm satisfied with the results too. Looks like it could pass as being legit colors for Transformers IMO.
