Cant apply Themes

from Stardock Forums
when I open windows blinds, and I try to apply a new them it won't work. I click apply changes but nothing happens. Even after I reboot my computer nothing happens. What's wrong or what am I doing wrong?

What version are you using?
Trial or Paid?
If trial, how long have you had it?

In the WB config app, click on the System info link and post all the data here.

I am using the trial version and I've only had it for 1 day. Here is my system info :

Well yeah! I was using one theme and it was working fine and then some of the buttons dissappeared from the theme so I downloaded another and it isn't working. Should I just uninstall all together and re-install it?

That's an older card you have there. Are there newer drivers available.

Have you ever had the trial installed before?

No I haven't had the trial installed before but I just uninstalled and re-installed it and it still didn't work. The firs theme I used worked perfectly then it started not working all together and now the whole darn thing isn't working.

All themes. I've tried to change them to different themes to see if it was the problem and none of them work.
