A Solution to Speeding

Q: Other than the speed at which most vehicles are able to go, what allows people to speed?

A: Good road conditions.

So if the government would stop repairing roads, no matter how fast a person's car is, they wouldn't be able to speed, right?

I have a lot of good answers, but no one asks me.

i think some of the rednecks i grew up with had the theory that speed enabled them to smoothly "fly" over potholes....lol

i had a business law prof. once that suggested hanging for speeding, and the public displays over the highways of the hung people would greatly reduce people's "need" to get there so fast.
