That wallpaper in the screenshot

Hey guys! I'm trying to find the wallpaper in that one WB5 screenshot. The caption is: "WindowBlinds can even make Windows look similar to future versions of Windows." It looks like colored lights with some sort of glass filter applied. Can I get that somewhere?

Note - it is inside the compressed file.
