When applying a new specified skin, in the Per App Settings, you must restart the application (Firefox in this case) before the change can take place.

Are you using the "always use this skin with app" option?

Do you have any exclusion included also - such as exclude from skinning?

hmm... I don't think that I have made any exlusions.. But (sorry for my stupid question ) where can I find the "always use with app" option..? have been searching through WB and can't seem to find it...

Can't be a stupid question if the question pertains to an incorrectly worded question.
Didn't have access to WB, so I put it in my own words.

Here's a pic (maybe not if the Forum won't let me) - the 'always use' is the one in the ellipse.

Thank you so much for all your trouble. But I just tried again. And I do just like that, checked exclusions and everything, applying changes - and still nothing happens. Strange.

are you trying to get Firefox to use one skin all the time when everything else is skinned with a different skin?

If so, first you 'add', browse to the ff exe,  the in the above pic where it says "skin to use for this app" pull down the drop down arrow and change from 'use default skin' to 'use specified skin' - then click 'select skin' - choose a skin (if it has a substyle you can pull the drop down next to 'okay'), click 'okay' - click 'okay' again - then click 'apply changes' on the left - if FF was open, close it and reopen.

Not exactly sure if this is what he's describing, but my Firefox won't skin at all, even after adding a per-app setting for it. They broke something in the latest release because it's worked just fine in every release prior to that. Did SD add a default exclusion for it? Is there any way to show the default exclusions like there used to be in WB3?

I don't have FF excluded or included in per app. It skins. Using the per app to use a specific skin as described in comment #8 also works for me.

I'm using FF 1.5.0.4

We have never excluded firefox.

During the original WB5 beta we got some curious reports of it showing with no titlebar, but they were tracked down to pirate copies which came with a wb per app setting for firefox which pointed to a missing skin.

Well.. Now I feel that I've tried everything..! Tried all sorts of skins just in case of there should be something wrong with my skin. Also using the 1.5.0.4! I'm currently using the demo-version of wb 5 so perhaps the per application is not functioning in the demo?

Are you applying the skins that come with the demo? or new skins?

Either way it should apply - except the per pixel won't work on downloaded skins in the trial, just the skins that came with the trial will work.

Open WB configuration. Click system information on the left and copy/paste all the info that shows up here.

I have the same problem and everybody can be sure, my WB isn't pirated. After applying a skin FF comes up with no titlebar at all and after a restart it comes up as classic.

Seems to be a problem with Ecliz DeLuxe only.
