Minor Bug in V1.11-saving Custom Races

I finally got around to designing a custom race yesterday. When I saved and loaded it, to check whether everything was preserved, I found that the game added two abilities. I noticed it immediately because I had picked ten abilities, so the tab was red after loading. I tried it at least once more, and the game randomly adds two abilities with each reload.

FORUM BUG

"please post a message before submitting your article". I keep getting this and can't get out of it even trying new posts. The message post looks different (with rich text stuff on it), too and I can't get back to normal. I've rebooted, restarted my browser, cleared the cache and cookies, nothing. It happens when I create new threads, but not replying.

This forum won't even load on MSIE, just firefox. Netscape loads it but it freezes Netscape.
