I've read through the comments here & at DA. a couple mention it's only this skin.
maybe it's something to do with JJ's doing it in Chinese and it's losing something in the translation.

JJying is using experimental coding for his transparent taskbar in his Ecliz plus skin. When I first installed it, the skin was all messed up. After changing the experimental coding, the skin works fine. I haven't seen any other skins using the code so it might just be the problem.
The coding I believe is to create a true transparent taskbar but seems to be causing problems.

I wonder why it only affected some but not all?

I used it all day yesterday - even went to Several's site and the other site Several gave me but had no problems.

But then, I've never had any of the FF issues posted here in the last couple of years.

You think you could upload the version that your changed the coding? I can supply the host if needed.

I think its totally Ecliz. When I have that skin applyed and I try to unload or change my skin it totally messes up. Doesnt do that with any other skin.

I was running mIRC with the Noname script, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Msnm Messenger Live Beta, Kasperky anti-virus, and some Logitech drivers.

Just restarted and closed all programs and same thing.

Try the Aura skin that comes with windowblinds. Does the problem occur?

So far I have been using it for like 10mins and it hasent done it. Aura isnt as transparent though.

Confirming something..

Have you uninstalled windowblinds. REBOOT. Go to the windowblinds folder and manually remove any remaining files. Be sure to copy to another folder any skins you want to save first before uninstalling.

Reinstall windowblinds via Stardock Central. Be sure you are downloading the latest Beta.

Then reboot again.

Have you done all this prior?

I didn't download the beta and it wasn't in my list as available yesterday when I looked. It was showing as available before.

I just did all that again right now. Everything EXECPT installing the beat as you can.

Now I will go test for 15mins.

Wow I totally figured it out! Everything is fine when im brosing the web, I can have as many firefox windows, or ie windows open that I want. But the second I open something else while using firefox or ie it screws up and gets all laggy.

Like lets say I have a website loaded in firefox then click Start->My Pictures just firefox or ie gets laggy as hell. The second I close the my pictures window all lag is gone.

And remeber my computer specs, my pc can totally handle this.

Anyone ever come across that?
