I have noticed a TERRIBLE bug !!!!!!

Sometimes the tile pic on unusable squares does NOT match the planet geograghy ...
( ex: It appears the terrain is desert, but when you click on the tile it is ocean ??? )
This makes the game UNPLAYABLE !!!!
Until this is fixed I am going to uninstall the game and hold my breath !!!!
... or you could hire me at a modest salary to check all the tiles ...

Good luck with your breath holding, I somehow doubt they will hire you for something as minor as this.

I admit it is somewhat baffling, but I think that it adds effect. This is outer space. The definition of a 'desert' may be different out there than it is here.

I have also noticed this, but you know what they say: When life hands you lemons, complain about it untill it turns into lemonaid!

Oh, and there is a serious lack of grammar and correct spelling in these forums. Please pay more attention in English class, people!

Use the green borders around tiles to determine what cant be built upon. The names and pictures are really just for looks, and tend to get a bit confused when a planet gets invaded or a player has a Planetary Quality bonus.

And I certainly don't think it make the game unplayable Please save that sort of description for memory bugs that crash your computer  (or any bugs that crash your system, for that matter).

The joke is that for all the endless hours I have played this game...
... this is the worst thing I have seen..
So, the humor is in the IRONY that the issue is so SMALL, as to to be non-exist.
Great game, wouldn't change a thing.

Bry: Hehe  Understood Around the office we're feeling a bit swamped by little things like this being conveyed as big bugs ("This makes the game UNPLAYABLE !!!!" is something we see too often), so I just assumed you were being serious   This is actually on the long list of little things to tweak, but there are bigger issues to deal with before then.

No offense taken man. Glad you're enjoying the game (besides this huge, game-crippling bug, of course) *wink*

I noticed last night in v1.11 (game originally created in v1.1) and in previous versions that on the game stats page when I select "Top Player" it does not always show the top player. in my current game (painfull, gigantic, everything abundant) the Torian's are 1st for influence, the Altarians are 2nd, and I'm 3rd; the Altarians are listed as the top influence player.

Looking forward to v1.2!
