PC Problem

I installed Windowblinds, and a applied a new skin. It worked before, but suddenly it crashed in the process. Now I can start up my PC, but all it will show me is a PC without a skin, (just colors). I can see the icons, but can't click it. I can press CTRL+ALT+DEL, but since there's no skin, the screen will not popup, so I can't quit the program. After rightclicking the icon and waiting for about 20 minutes, I was able to click 'unload windowblinds', but since it will just try to apply the old/default skin, it crashed again, and I will have to reset again...what to do?
