Subscription problem

I just renewed my subscription last night and now I get ads and when I click on the subscriber resources link I get this message:

Your Wincustomize subscription is not currently active.
Your WinCustomize Subscription has expired on 1/1/1900.
To continue to receive the benefits of your WinCustomize Subscription Click Here to renew your subscription for 1 year.

Any ideas???

I was getting the email/password is invalid and you need to subscribe messages when signing in today at the maim page. went to the forum page and signed in and it worked.

I wish it was that easy Bichur. but, this started hapening yesterday and has been constant ever since then. I don't think WC and Stardock have their servers set up to know when somebody has renewed and it has to be put in manually. Thats progress for ya huh. Anyway, I guess I'll just have to wait til monday. I can't even do the cross reference thing because I used the same email addy that I use here for my purchase of OD and WC subscriptions.

I'd wait until business hours on Monday (Central time). Stardock does have weekends off.

No, no response. I have my spam go to my junk mail folder but not deletes right away and it wasn't in there either. It's been 4 days now and I'm getting kinda miffed. I know they're working on the new server but, come on, this is a bit rediculous.

Look yourself up at stardock.helpserve.com
If they got your email it should be recorded there.
If they didn't, give it a try.
