Exactly what does the Luck ability do?

Increases your chances of winning the lottery. Unfortunately I lost most of my luck ability ever since I crossed paths with a black cat.

Hi!
Exactly what does the Luck ability do?

It gives you many small and medum bonuses everywhere the random roll is involved. Cumulative effect is so big I stoped using it, as it makes the game too easy to play (think each 5th turn a free precursor ship )
