Great image viewer & if you want a great icon to go with it 47songs made a beauty I requested & uploaded it to the misc. icon section. Irfanview has alot going for it, but FS is awesome!! Thx ID!!

Doaes anyone know of a (free) app that puts a poloriod like frame around an image? Something with a little drop shadow?

I like that look for posting images to my site but don't want to pay for a big ol' suite for that one function that I don't have.

Or does anyone have such an image that I could throw on a layer in paint.net to achieve the effect I'm describing?

It has some nice masks you can apply simply. IIRC there are some photo frame and drop shadow type things. Honestly, I don't recall perfectly, but it is worth playing around to see what it can do.
