Ideas for the 1.2

Just thought I would mention a couple Ideas I've had while playing. 1. The ability to zoom in and out on the tech tree using the wheel or up and down arrows. It's seems I find myself trying to do this, especially when browsing the tech tree while its not opened all the way. 2. In the ship builder I think the ability to select multiple parts already placed on the hull in order to resize them at once would be cool. Maybe by highlighting the parts in the parts used list . 3. The ability to warn or ask other civilizations to move or dismantle their ships/starbases if we feel threatened. Maybe by selecting the ship or starbase a window could pop up , sort of like the one for spying that could give the option to bribe or ask to move the said ship or starbase. On a few occasions a few stray ships ended up in my territory and just parked there. 
And sometimes when you give ships to other civs, it seems they just leave them parked in my backyard. So this option would be helpful. Thanks for your time.
